Guild Structure Empty Guild Structure

The link below is to an outline of our structure. Many of the spots are open and I will update this google doc as spots are filled or become vacant. These are my tentative ideas on what the guild should look like, but I'd like your feedback as we start to reboot the guild.

Alright, folks. Here's the current thoughts on what the modified structure will look like. Feel free to make comments on here.

As a heads up, I know some of the spots currently look vacant even though you're in a squad. That's because due to the expansion of each group, I'm leaving it up to the officers-in-charge of units to fill the roster and name the teams/squads.

Here's a skeleton of my new ideas for the structure. Right now, it's at about nine people per squad for four squads along with a platoon leader and platoon sergeant, putting our total for the guild under this structure at 38 people. Let me know what you think about it (too big, too small) and any other ideas and we'll hack out how we want it to shape up.

Here's an updated smaller version, with only a sergeant, corporal, and two privates per squad to start.  That would put us at looking for 18 active members with the ability to expand if things go well.

I believe that we should start with the smaller unit, and when we get more active members grow into the larger platoon with the 2 teams per squad.
