Guild Structure: Platoon Sized

Hey everybody,

I think that last post was confusing since it was in the old guild structure thread. This is my latest idea on switching it to a platoon-sized element. With four squads of nine members each plus the platoon leader and platoon sergeant, that puts us at a projected size of 38 members. We'd want to get that many active members and it would be up to squad leaders and team leaders to try to fill those ranks with people dedicated to RP and the unit. I think if we could get that number, it would be amazing.

This is a good goal, but it would be wise to begin with the smaller platoon first (RE previous thread). After we get organized and start recruiting into the guild, we can expand into this model. (Just my opinion).
